What you will be doing:
Providing support to the Sales & Marketing department and Project Manager within the following areas:
Design:
- Work with the Sales & Marketing department to produce designs and solutions that are tailored to the clients requirements and budget.
Logistics:
- Work with the Project Manager to then plan and execute the events ensuring all are delivered on time.
Client Liaison:
Consultation:
- Obtain an understanding of client’s needs, aspirations and requirements (the brief).
- Be responsible for all quoting, invoicing and financial aspects of the event solution, ensuring profitability and commercial success.
- Ensure all shipping aspects of client requirements are adhered to, particularly the service specifications.
Quotation:
- Translate the brief into a commercial quote that can be delivered as an event solution by the delivery team.
Communication:
- Operational point of contact for customers supporting the logistical tasks on a daily basis to provide high quality and timely communications to ensure client satisfaction.
- Liaising with clients/customers regarding their consignment or status of their project.
Administration
Systems:
- Maintaining operating systems to manage shipments and quotes.
